Pays under the industry average. Used to make up for this with a generous bonus scheme, but this has suffered as a result of the economic downturn. The inspirational managers have now left and the current management are distant and don't value the staff. The work has become more and more focused on outdated niche technology which has demotivated the staff and makes their skills less relevant in the marketplace.
