1. Small company with big company bureaucracy complex. 2. Mediocracy is good enough 3. Multiple people were laid off at different points without warning and at the end of the month (insurance anyone?). We are suppose to be family right? 4. Compensation is all over the map, there is literally no structure. 5. Company’s focus seems (is?) scattered kinda like some type of diffusers.
