Lot of budget, good salaries. and decent talented pool of people, mostly externals
Cons
Waste of talent because senior people in company from 15-20+ years doesn’t know how to collaborate, too much ego or baggage. Multiple trchnical directors with no technical background. Too much politics. Poor org chart, unclear responsibilities. Micromanagement in the name of SAFe in some teams.
