Pros
The positive experience for me started with the interview(s) and what really struck me about Lux was their thoughtful process through which it felt like that they not only wanted to get to know the best version of me, but equally wanted to answer any (and every) question that I had to ensure that there wasn't a mismatch of expectations post joining. The on-boarding process and new hire training was impressively comprehensive and some much larger organisations could learn from the Lux approach. This and the enablement systems & tools that have been deployed certainly made me feel that Lux is punching above its weight in this respect. It universally feels like everyone is investing in your success and from the CEO downwards, it's a really supportive culture. It also helps that the offer is highly relevant / timely / unique in the markets that Lux serves and significant investment is continually being made across the business to improve.
