All current employees know, as we share internally, that our financial year of 20/21 was the best performance ever, and it was visible to employees during Feb 2021 as well. when your note was written. This continues into FY 21/22.. These are facts. To your other points of respect, as our employee base are from 20+ nationalities from Asia, Europe, US, we can only ever achieve results if our core values focus on respect, diversity and difference of opinion combined with open door policy. And we can only grow our business if we focus on our customers. We continue to welcome employees from top tier tech and consulting companies from across the world, and expand to new regions. Rest assured, we can only develop if we learn from every opinion like yours, good or bad. We regularly survey employee satisfaction, and score well even during the difficult period of COVID.
