1) Above all, great people. Everyone is smart, collaborative, and helpful. The partners are approachable and demonstrate both passion for what the do and strong values. 2) The clients are big impressive brand names from various industries which makes for interesting and challenging projects. 3) A decent consulting salary and benefits with much more accommodating hours than common in this line of work
Cons
Because of the consultancy model, workload can vary quite substantially throughout the year and it's sometimes hard to plan ahead personal stuff like vacation
