My experience at LTI was very bizarre. The majority of the staff really needs to learn about productive behavior. Those that were at the company for 12 plus years, seem to be out of touch of the corporate world. I believe none of them would last at any reputable company today. I was so stressed out and depressed while I was there that I became ill. To work with people that refused to talk to you for whatever immature, non-professional attitude reasons, let alone, having to work with people who truly believe that their behavior is alright. And, to witness the president of the company to allow the nonsense to go on. I had never been so pleased to be out of a company to be treated like a real person.
