Pros
You get salary credited on time. They will give you just copy paste work or ask you make rocket science,there is nothing in between.
Cons
One fine morning they tell you to leave and that's it just pack your bag and go. There is no one to listen,you are on your own. They are playing with your life. Nothing new to learn.You just have to do copy and paste and it works fine. If you ask employee to terminate in 7 working days I really doubt your selection process.
