Appalling - Anonymous employee Lyst Employee Review

In a company of 100 employees or so, CEO never spoke to me. I didn't see a willingness to. I didn't see a real interest in fashion from leadership, just an interest in money from the top. Unfortunately this was not enough to inspire teams. Biggest turnover I have ever experienced. Unpleasant atmosphere with no open dialogue. People generally prefer to 'slack' than to speak to one another or to email after a minimum of reflection.
