Pros

- Colleagues are so friendly including CEO, HR team and managers - Mostly 90% colleagues are listening and supporting - Working time flexibility and we are able to work from home - Providing company gathering to Singapore for overseas colleagues - Everyone gets mental health benefits

Cons

Regarding the pros above, Lyte provides many things for its employee and hired a lot new employees but at the same time in 2023 suddenly around 15 employees got laid off without a notice period due to their financial problem
