First off, thank you for the feedback. While these types of reviews highlight that we have room for improvement, I am really proud of the foundation that we have built with our new Director of HR, CFO and CSO. I am truly excited about the direction of this company. With respect to sales, our new sales leadership team blends a great mix of individual creativity with a data-driven approach. While I have received overwhelmingly positive feedback on our new sales leadership and approach, I am disappointed to hear that it was not a fit for you.
