      1. Good HW and SW availability as a software developer 2. Give adequate time to learn new things and implement them. 3. Opportunity to learn new things. 4. Get opportunity to learn intensive networking and embedded systems.

      Cons

      1. If you know how it feels to work with a boss (sitting alongside) almost 80% of a day. 2. A little bit of office politics. 3. Very bad wash-room environment, when I left.

      Pros

      A fantastic place to learn how to avoid running a business. Learn to steal ideas and prints. If you are a narcissist, then this is the place for you. Learn to bad mouth customers and former employees for at least 85% of your day.

      Cons

      Ethics, morals, and lack of professionalism. Fire people when they make a dollar. Inter-office relationships even though 75% is family members. Blame everyone else for things how they treat others. Bad mouth old employees even when the reason they fired them was their own fault. Never take responsibility for actions.

      Deducted salary created in time

      Cons

      They don't trust their people, it feels like jail, Salary deduction is common thing here. No flexibility. Very Toxic Environment
