Not much other than distance (which is subjective).
Cons
On their last leg and deep in the hole. The damages done there is beyond repair. Their existence now as a company is to serve personal ego and petty interest and not the interest of the company/its employees. Incompetence at the higher level is the main cause of their irreversible circumstances. I would be very surprised if they are still around at this moment. I still would call this an ongoing business entity.
