      Pros

      Nothing special to work for, means you can have more free time to use at work since this is a small-scale fintech consultancy firm for brokers in China.

      Cons

      Poor micromanagement. Your technically incompetent manager will suppress your career in every way she can because she won't let anyone potentially more capable of working as a digital product SME replace her. Very limited expertise in digital product development, back-and-forth clarification appears in almost every phase of a project. Team members could not contribute effectively which ultimately limits the team's ability to deliver KPIs.

      1. Miscommunication happened a lot, your PM won't tell you the latest information after his communication with the client, unless you ask him to forward the Email to you (but how can you know he had communicated with the client) 2. Bad product and bad development team, the development team can't even handle a data patch task. The product is so bad and old school like 90's style 3. Your product manager will check every words you write in the deliverable (including grammar check), and tune your document with her style, then why don't she write by herself?
