Pros

There are talented, committed people here who genuinely care about doing their work. Car. My Rewards. Opportunities to learn.

Cons

The company consistently overworks its most capable people, loading them with unrealistic expectations without fair compensation or meaningful support. There are no real progression pathways. The longer you stay, the less you are valued. Loyalty is met with increased workload, not development or recognition. Leadership frequently talks about “talent”, “openness”, and “culture”, but there is no action behind the words. They preach transparency, yet nothing could be further from the truth. Important decisions and conversations happen behind closed doors, often without clarity or honesty, leaving people blindsided and mistrustful. You are lied to and disrespected. This creates a complete absence of psychological safety. Instead of investing in people, they keep them in the same roles until they burn out. Bullying is tolerated, and certain senior leaders are allowed to behave in ways that would be unacceptable anywhere else. What the organisation preaches and what it practises are two entirely different things.
