      No traffic commute, Friendly environment, good benefit package with 401k match.

      Cons

      Training material for the position is a little tough to come by because each customer has their own wants and needs.

      M3 appreciates your taking the time to write this review and I'm happy to see that things are going well. You're right - the job is complicated since we have such a varied customer base who we try to give personalized service to - it does make it hard when you're new!
