Regarding pay, I think most of us always want more, but we analyze the market with valid tools and reassess constantly to make sure we are competitive. We are paying market salaries and if someone does feel that they are underpaid, we openly discuss it with them! I am confident that when you look at our salaries plus our generous profit sharing, 401k match, plus things like the tuition reimbursement you mentioned, we are quite competitive!
