I joined M3 many years ago and didn't know anything about the company. Many years later I am very thankful that I found this great company. Here is what I love - You get out what you put in; the company is full of stories where people have grown their careers without having to leave the company (our CEO started in the mailroom) - Countless stories of taking care of people in their time of need and doing the thing no one else is willing to do - Community - M3 believes we can only be as strong as our community; M3 pours in the communities we live and work in through our time, talent and treasure - Always evolving - come check out our new space in Madison for an example; our building was designed to make people feel better at the end of the day. Tons of natural light, catered café, fitness room/showers, mobile enabled, telecommuting, etc etc, etc are just some of the ways M3 continues to evolve to provide the best for our employees
