      Pros

      - Working in a small team - Get to know the company directors well because of a small team - Was able to learn to code up-to and exceeding industry standards - No day was the same - Hands on with all projects - Exposure to hardware and server maintenance - Able to project manage my own portfolio - Help was always at hand. - Flexible working and good work benefits

      Cons

      - Work office was moved to Kenilworth which meant an increase in travel time (although 10 mins extra was not too bad).

      - Flexible Working Hours - Opportunities to work on latest technology stacks - A nice small team so you feel like your contributions matter - Opportunities to take lead on projects A great company to develop and grow your core skill set, the small team makes you feel part of the family rather than a number, flexible working hours are fantastic to come in early get loads done when support requests are quiet.

      Cons

      Office Carpark can get a bit busy being in a serviced building, but getting in early solves this.
