Good vision, a chance to combine ministry and aviation, good safety reputation among users, many great, dedicated, caring people.
Cons
Presence of some bullying from leaders, what some experience as spiritual abuse and shaming and controlling techniques for those who disagree with certain leaders. Wives sometimes feel marginalized and voiceless. Much turnover as a result, especially in overseas locations.
