Cons
- The software you support is overly complex, considering the pay.
- If you enjoy constant headaches/migraines this is the place for you.
- Yes this is a support job, but it feels like you are trying to fix a sinking ship with many holes and your only tool is a Dixie cup. (For every one thing that is fixed, 3 more pieces break)
- You will not advance.
- CFO is cheap, which means management is not allowed to give raises so don't expect one.
- Poor management decisions.
- No real training put into place, but in fairness it is a very difficult product to train new hires on.
