      Colleagues very supportive and friendly people

      Cons

      The company was always bragging about winning prestige contracts but if you look on companies house its 90% turnover ,NOT profit and a massive Bank loan overdraft to pay its wages bill each month. In all the 35 years I worked in security I can honestly say MAN had the worst administration office you could imagine.

      Pros

      I will be leaving soon because of the impact it is having on my family is just not worth it. I work to live not live to work. You know somethings wrong when your spending more time at work than at home. I partly blame that on MAN Commercial who pay terrible low wages and who are always asking you to do overtime knowing your desperate for the money. My wife keeps telling me to find a better security company to work for and one that cares about its staff.
