Reviewing AR/Billing/Cash Dept Only - Anonymous employee MANTECH Employee Review

Everything else. High turnover rate! Management is horrible and don’t know what they’re doing or even know how to guide/lead/train. They don’t appreciate hard work either. No work/life balance - have to come to work sick or forced to take PTO or LWOP when working remotely is available (but only for the privileged). Have to request 30 minutes of PTO if you’re leaving a little early. Can’t make up time. Nepotism - hired people with no skills or experience to create more stress and problems (they’re getting paid to do nothing. They take long lunches and get to WFH, but are they really working?!? IM’d them and they were away). Micromanagement! The department is toxic, RUN AWAY! Don’t accept a job offer in this department unless it’s under new management!!! btw, holiday gift was taxed!
