      The salary was awesome. A salary like that would've never come in the US. Also, the opportunity to work in a foreign nation and meet people of various cultures.

      Cons

      This project had the worse supervisory and senior level management that I've ever encountered. No experience necessary! which causes major problems with personnel and comraderie.
