Pros

None at all. Oh. They are good at keeping and promoting bad people.

Cons

I usually don't leave stuff like this.. but what's up with these positive comments here on glassdoor? HRs. STOP MAKING THEM UP. They recently had an employee shooting at the company buildings and planned something horrible ( herndon building). his access was cut off on the day he got arrested, but come on. Hard work NEVER pays off here. They abuse you slave you then you get worn out, then they trash you or demote you. if you are on the contract- they will try to entice you with bonuses... then recompetes- then here comes paycuts and benefits cuts. That's happening to majority of contracts. You wonder why there's so much exodus here, it's because this company won't last for a long time.

Cons

Pay is below average, but still decent. Raises are below average compared to other companies in the industry

Pros

- Large and well financed company supporting individual contracts. - Responsive administrative and IT support outside of individual team processes and resources. - Outside of standard medical/insurance benefits they offer tuition reimbursement with University partners, IVF planning and discounts, career development, and more. - Team/Contract dependent. (can be pro or con) In my case, my team and experience was great. Intelligent/sharp, organized, productive, supportive, and empathetic. - Pace can be slower for government contract work (again, contract specific, can be pro or con depending on your style.) - Allows for team autonomy. - Offers fully remote positions.

Cons

- Contracts can be short term (3-5 years) and are not guaranteed to be renewed. There's no guarantee you will transition to another contract or team. - Some contract funding may be affected by government shutdowns, or outright descoped (think DOGE) - Very team/contract dependent. (can be pro or con) - Pace can be slower for government contract work (again, contract specific, can be pro or con depending on your style.) - Not as nimble as a smaller company or startup can be.
