Pros
Work hours are regular, M-F. My supervisor was very helpful and nice. Mostly stayed out if the way. Most of the co-workers are friendly.
Cons
Starting wages are very low for machine operators. nearly all shops in town pay more to start. Upper management is a joke, they have no idea what is happening on the floor of the machine shop. In interviews employees are promised reviews in 90 days for possible wage increases. There are NO 90 day reviews. There are no pay raises at all for first year employees. Annual pay increases are few and far between for all employees. Expect to be at your starting wage for 2-3 years at least.
