Be prepared - Administrator MAPP Employee Review

We appreciate that you have taken the time to provide feedback. We are disappointed to hear of your experience. We have very different feedback from others in the Birmginham Office over the last 12 months. We have had members of the Birmingham team have won super hero and unsung hero awards (3 in 2023 and 2 in 2024 out of 12 awards each year). In fact, 20% of all treats given in our locations over the period from October 2023 to January 2024 was the Birmingham Office. This appears to be in contrast to your review. However, we are sorry to hear you did not see the appreciation of your efforts. We will work on being more engaged in this space, we are confident that any areas of concern will be highlighted through our next engagement survey in April 2024.
