      Employee focused, when masaba wins/everybody wins Lots of nice perks (profit sharing, lunches, family fishing, clothing, community support, etc) Aggressive leadership No corporate nonsense Lots of reinvestment into the business Top Notch facility and office

      erp system needs work minimal IT resources parking can be a challenge

      Family owned business, growing company with an owner who is actively involved in the company. Good paying job with profit sharing.

      Cons

      Senior leadership too focused on the bottom line and their own status. If you put your employees and customers first, the rest will follow.
