Pros
Great benefits and pay, very competitive. Very friendly people, lots of support available and social events arranged. Employees are pushing for progress, and development and training is readily offered. Hybrid working and flexibility in working hours.
Cons
Leadership from the top is not good enough, petty behaviour is common and no time for communicating strategy or updates to the company. Progress is very slow with internal struggles to move projects forward due to attitudes, resources or outdated systems.
