      Pros

      Great family oriented company and a great company to work for. The President and Program Manager are awesome people and go out of their way to help you.

      Cons

      There aren't really any cons that I have with the company. It is a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Good transition position from the US Army. Work with Army professionals. Job keeps you physically fit if you pursue fitness. Get to help influence and train future Army leaders.

      Cons

      30-50 day work trip to Fort Knox every summer to support Cadet Summer Training. Some early mornings, and later evenings.

      Pros

      Flexibility in your schedule Possible opportunities for continue education. Work load is really what you make of it.

      Cons

      Summers are spent working away from home. Pay isn't competitive, relies on a population that has another income. Pay is lower than those with less experience.
