The company's success is in large part due to the level of people, the human-centric culture and the management team - Directors and up - being very very good at what they do booth inside and outside of the company.
Cons
Work / Life balance can be a challenge but the company has policies that are supportive as long as you take charge of yourself. Because of their profile, growth rate, market share, sales pipeline and and profitability, the risk of a buyout is real, so it requires careful consideration of your risk tolerance.
