Cons
I was hired as a QC Analyst/Underwriter. It had a bad experience from day 1. Management had a terrible attitude in general- liked to excuse their bad behavior and rudeness for being direct. You can be direct in what you are saying without being condescending and belittling. Their system was terrible- I would input information 3, 4 5 times and it would not stick (yes, even when hitting save). I contacted their IT about it and their management but there was never a solution. Others had this issue and it was never addressed- only would advise they are aware. I knew right away there was no real future with this company and left within a few weeks. Most unorganized and unprofessional company I have worked for.
