      Pros

      The people are genuinely excited to be there. The enthusiasm is refreshing. The pay and benefits are competitive. If you like bio science but aren't necessarily a scientist, getting to work next to them is fulfilling.

      Cons

      They were not honest with me about the layoff and made up an elaborate, but transparent story. Disheartening.
