Heiarchy Micro Management Negatively Competitive (managers creating drama between staff to micro manage) Long hours and no over time Sexual harassment (HR covers up if the predators are connected or a presenter) Censorship and agenda with certain stories Verbal harassment from fashion stylist if not up to her style.
