There's structure in place to learn, and to check in with your manager. The office is nice.
Cons
You're not encouraged to ask for help, collaborate, or talk to your co workers. Associates hate what MBO does, so you deal with a high stress environment. Look at the yelp reviews. Instead of cultivating team work, co workers turn on each other. You'll be dealing with angry associates, and angry co workers. Not a place where you can learn skills to take to other jobs. If you walk down the hall way and say hi to people, they will ignore you and look at you like you're crazy. Also the company only tends to hire young women on their ops side. It's a little odd. A lot of people are pregnant, instead of hiring temp workers, you're expected to carry your work load plus the load of two or three other people.
