The company is not willing to financially reward their employees. Even after years of dedicated work. Even with inflation at a record high and gas prices higher than ever. They will not even provide a cost of living increase. So if you ever work here make sure the salary they hire you with is ok for you for your entire career with the company.

Good place to start to grow some routes in the area. Cool people to work with. Good shift hours offered. Nice to have holidays off.

There is high turnover rate here. Training takes a while to get in to. Management needs more guidance. Branches are short staffed.
