      Great company culture and benefits. Talented colleagues. Smooth and fast interview process

      It's just been one month, so hard to tell but have observed some organizational pains as the company is growing and scaling fast which is very normal for a growing org and is a good problem to have and solve.

      Pros

      Mbition is a great place to work. Home office, good team structure, competitive salary. Regular working hours, it never gets boring

      Cons

      I found no contradictions. I am satisfied, so far I have nothing to complain about. I cant think of any cons as of now.
