      Flexibility to work from home for certain positions, friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Everything else. The company is doing poorly financially and you will feel it in the chaos, uncertainty, and instability all around you. Ever changing leadership team and direction. Constant layoffs. Very little care shown for the people actually doing the work.
