Avoid like the plague - Research Assistant MCCP Employee Review

MCCP has a really toxic culture. It has one of the highest staff turnovers of any marketing company in Dublin (about 25% annually) MD Kay McCarthy has no leadership qualities because she has no empathy or understanding of people. Her staff are treated as a means to an end and are harassed and bullied when her business is under performing. Its clear the other review of MCCP on here has been written by management which tells its own story. A free lunch on Friday does not make a positive company culture. Avoid this place.
