SUCH a fun job - getting to go somewhere new each week, having housing covered and being able to teach theatre is such a dream!
Cons
Pay is based on state minimum wage - so someone working in ID/WY makes less than someone in Washington or NY, etc --> even if they do the same amount of work for the company
Logistics and coordination are terrible - not a great system in place and not very organized
