      Pros

      Most of the employees are very nice and upper management has a lot of experience and knowledge.

      Cons

      Culture could use some work. Although everyone is nice, it can get pretty dull around the office. Upper management has trouble granting employees independance. No pay as an intern.

      Pros

      A lot of nice design and advertisement jobs to do and all the employees help each other to reach a better result in every work.

      Cons

      It's a small office with less than 10 employees, but that could be a "pro" if the person likes this kind of companies!

      Pros

      From my first day until my last day, I had a great experience at MDB. It's a small company, which allows you to establish personal relationships with everyone there. All of the employees were very welcoming and were constantly working to have me get the most out of my experience there. I would encourage anyone who is considering a career in advertising and/or marketing to apply to MDB Communications.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons to my experience there.
