      Pay could be a little higher for the work load, but their commitment to employees make it worth it.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. All employees are willing and able to cover for each other at anytime even though each employee performs a very different job.

      Cons

      CEO does not compensate you for the quality and quantity of work performed. Comp time is given in place of OT pay.
