Pros

Very nice client, no payroll delays, very nice IT guys

Cons

TLs should be given leadership trainings/seminars. There is one that let's everyone know that he goes to church every Sunday but does not even know the actual way of leadership. If your agent has some issues with you, you should be talking to them and trying to fix the issue, but what this TL does is he just tells you he don't care as long as he is getting paid and the agent is doing their jobs right. He acts like a boss and certainly nothing like a leader. He often starts gossips. Also, drops names everytime someone reports an incident to him. You will never be anonymous. Whenever you make mistakes or have call outs everyone would surely know. Also, if you report an incident to the HR or OM, they will simply tell the TL about it and say your name then let the TL decide what to do. Most times you'll be getting that power trip from that TL.

Pros

If you want to stay in your job and work here, look at your client instead of the management.

Cons

HR can't be trusted. They define "confidential" as sharing your issues with their relatives or closest friends inside the company. Low compensation and ridiculous system of accumulating leave credits.
