You may able to perform the role even if you can not speak English as what you have to do if to be a robot that sends out emails according to template (with more or less grammar errors depending on the managers who wrote it).
Cons
This company is Chinese. The boss is a Chinese old man born in the 50’s who got his questionable doctoral degree in Sweden. The running mode of the company is influence by the Chinese cultural revolution in 1960’s (everyone being a spy of each other and sell information out to mangers in order to gain promotion opportunities). No work ethics. No organizational responsibilities. The boss bought an company insurance to prevent huge compensation to employees who may die at work.
