Pros

You can easily work all the hours you want, also has great benefits

Cons

Where to start... Absentee Managers Practically No Room for advancement. (there are people who've been at the company for 5+ years still in entry level positions). If You work here you'll have anywhere between 2-10 bosses No communication between departments Some of the Higher ups deliberately keep useful information from you so they can seem superior.

Pros

The company culture was great and very welcoming. As an intern, there was no knowledge that I needed prior to getting started, as everything was taught during the first weeks. The employees are all excited to work and the work-life balance is great as well.

Cons

Some down periods where no work was distributed to interns.

Pros

Half days on Fridays, Multiple Company Events. Great Benefits, you get to work on some of the biggest projects in the world and learn from some of the best and brightest SMEs in the industry. Nice C-Suite directors.

Cons

Work is monotonous and you need to be extremely detail oriented. You don't get to touch any gear nor go on a lot of site visits if you're a project engineer (could be a "pro" for some) If you don't have thick skin and don't have the "engineer" brain this place probably isn't for you.
