      Pros

      Pros? I guess you could say you can get by with doing absolutely no work and they will still pay you.

      Cons

      No leadership. No instruction or structure. Employees are all younger kids who are smoking dope in the parking lot on their breaks and running around chasing Pokémon on their phones inside the plant.

      Pros

      Lots of great people to work with, flexible onsite vs. remote schedules, interesting manufacturing business, company is growing.

      Cons

      Haven't quite figured out how to truly be one company, built on M&A with many systems and processes in place as they were when acquired, limiting ability to truly act as one company.
