Pros
Laid back work environment. As long as you stay close to the main person who tells everyone’s business which is illegal to discuss other employees in front of others without employee present
Cons
You were fine if you went to lunch and had a beer as long as your a male or higher in the ranks however women are not allowed. If you flirt with management you can do whatever you want and it’s ok. Some people have worked for years with no raise or so much as a evaluation.
