Pros

If you desperately need a job could work here until you find something better

Cons

Plant manager has loaded up management positions with his buddies. ADA violations. Hiring sign on the building but working reduced hours and asking people to take unpaid time off. Plant manager bullies and threatens employees, he will lie directly to your face, stood in front of the whole plant and told us all we don’t need paid vacations because his wife gets unlimited paid time off and it’s wasteful while he severely capped our paid vacations. Uses “anonymous” surveys to punish employees who try to seek improvement. Severely unqualified for the role he pretends to fill- when he shows up to work, he pretends to work from home, shows up late, leaves early. Not a leader

Pros

Four Day Work Week, Clean Facility

Cons

Started out as a great place in the beginning, but the place seemed to be making it up as they go. No clear idea of how to setup processes, no clear idea of what each person's job responsibilities were, and the work culture suffered for it. lost track of the number of new plant managers had while was there, I didn't bother knowing their names becausel knew they would be gone in two or three months. You could tell that they prioritized one department and abandoned the others, yet they still would hound you over rates and keeping busy even when other employees did nothing all day. In the end, management is what killed this place, they don't care about anybody on the floor. They fired many vital senior employees midweek with no notice and then threw their workload on the ones remaining, but hey look the place is very clean and shiny. I'm sure the shareholders will love that.
