Pros

This company is organized and I had a very pleasant experience with their HR person from interviewing, job offer and on boarding. It was very personable and helped me to feel comfortable in my decision to accept the job offer

Cons

Great group of people who are very engaged but could use more staff

Pros

Great opportunity to network and learn the industry if you dont have any experience in the medical device/sales world. If you like to travel you will be on the road pretty much every single week. Met some great people there who are still friends today.

Cons

No work life balance...you will be on the road 10 out of 12 weeks a quarter. That doesnt include attending state shows, national shows and meetings in either TX or NJ so some quarters you will be on the road literally every single week. No corporate credit card so you will bank roll all of your travel expenses on a reimbursement platform. So be ready to have $4-$6k of liquid capital for flights, hotels, meals, etc. They even made me pay for my travel expenses to and from their headquarters when I interviewed and It took them almost a month to get it back to me!!! Compensated as if you are a Junior Sales Rep but you are titled and looked upon in the industry as a Senior Level individual within the company. You will cover 8-14 states depending on your area of the country and barely make $100k. Your base salary will be between $65-$75k with a capped bonus potential each quarter of $10k. Benefits are pretty bad as well. Lack of direction and organization from the top down, can make it a rat race most of the time.
