Pros

MEDVAL is an industry leader with a solid business plan. Workflows are efficient & well developed. MEDVAL has offices in several locations, as well as the opportunity to work from home. Paid time off & sick time policies are quite generous. Work/Life balance is great.

Cons

Teams are cliquish and certain employees are left behind when consideration should be given for promotions & advancements, despite continuous hard work.

Pros

Everything at MEDVAL is fantastic. Management works with you and your background. Work/life balance is wonderful. The training provided is far beyond anything that I have received at other companies. This is a non-traditional job for an attorney, but it is great if you are not looking for a law firm environment/lifestyle. Everyone is very nice and supportive! I have recommended MEDVAL to several friends!

Cons

For me there are none! I am a remote employee, which I love. Others may see this as a con.

Pros

There are a lot of good things about MEDVAL. From my experience: -Compensation and benefits are very competitive, especially for the size of the company -Everyone in the company is friendly, pleasant, and responsive -Management is engaged and wants their employees to succeed -Medval is a head and shoulders above the competitors in the industry in terms of technical expertise, workplace environment, and client satisfaction. It is a good feeling to work for a company that genuinely cares about meeting the needs of their clients and offering a consistently accurate work product. Similarly, employees are highly valued

Cons

There aren't many negatives to speak of, but: -The office I worked in had a lot of empty chairs. It was a very nice office with nice people, but usually too quiet -For non-MSA writing positions, there doesn't seem to be much long-term career growth potential. However, for those involved in the core business services, there is great career potential for employees who are skilled and motivated to grow
